What are the system requirements for GeoInfoMex?
An Internet connection, a computer with Windows 7 or above installed, or an iPhone/iPad with latest iOS available.
Can GeoInfoMex be run on a Mac?
Currently there isn’t a version for Mac. However, it is possible to run the application from a virtual environment with Windows 7 installed.

How many users can use a subscription to GeoInfoMex?
The subscription to GeoInfoMex is for one concurrent user. That is, only one person can use GeoInfoMex either at the PC or iPad at the same time.
What is a token and why do I need one?
A token is a device used as an extra security layer when you log to GeoInfoMex. It generates a random number of six digits. An application is installed on a smartphone with IOS, Android or BlackBerry (soft token). The soft token is included with your GeoInfoMex subscription. If you don’t own a smartphone, you can purchase a hard token from us. The price of the hard token is $100 USD.
When should I buy a hard token?
When you don’t own a smartphone, or when several people in your organization plan to use GeoInfoMex, we recommend you acquire a hard token.
